ASK ME ANYTHING
HOW OFTEN SHOULD NAILS BE TRIMMED?
Maintenance nail trims should be performed every 4 weeks on all pets. Weekly trims can be performed to help recede the nail supply to get nails back to a healthy length.
WHAT IF MY PET HATES IT?
We work slowly and positively. We suggest weekly trims to help calm anxiety. If the pet is aggressive, we will assess the situation and go from there. We work with all behaviors! Any service not completed due to behavior will still be charged in full.
WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
My home is located in Neffsville. I will travel up to 10 miles included into my pricing. Further distances will incur a travel fee.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME?
Your first appointment, yes, you must be home. If all is well we can certainly keep a key or code on file and schedule while you're away or at work and you'll never have to miss an appointment again!
WHAT IS LATCH-KEY SERVICE?
We put you on a set schedule, have a key or code on file to enter your home, and perform our appointments while you're at work! It doesn't cost extra (unless you want to add a potty break) and you'll never have to remember a nail trim appointment again! Payment must be left for use when we arrive or we can keep a card on file.
WHAT SMALL ANIMALS DO YOU WORK WITH?
Ferrets, rabbits, guinea pigs and bearded dragons are a few of my frequent customers. If you have something else, just ask! At this time, I do no not service bird nails.
HOW LONG WILL MY APPOINTMENT TAKE?
Typical house call nail trims don't exceed a half hour. When we schedule, our policy states that we may arrive 30 minutes early or late; if this will be a problem, please inform us. All pets are different and we won't rush if more time is needed. If we are running more than 30 minutes behind we will be in contact with you! Clinic times can vary but usually no longer than 15 minutes.
ARE YOU INSURED?
We sure are and we will never offer services without it!
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash or credit card. Once established, checks are good too! We can also keep cards on file for future services.
